Before the Race
Race Kit Pick-Up
Get your RBC Race for the Kids Race Kit early to save time on event day!
Come early to pick up your race kits as shirt sizes cannot be exchanged and sizes are not guaranteed. Cash donations with a completed pledge form are to be handed in at this time. Bib should be pinned to the front of the shirt. (Download pledge form here.)
Race kits will include:
- Numbered bib
- RBC Race for the Kids t-shirt
When:
- Friday, September 25, 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Wesley Clover Parks)
- Saturday, September 26, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Wesley Clover Parks)
Cash donations can also be handed in on event day at Wesley Clover Parks.
What to bring:
Please bring any cash donations with the completed offline pledge form.
To collect your race kit please bring a piece of photo ID or a copy of your registration confirmation email.
Pick up for family, friends or teammates:
You can pick up race kits for other participants if you have a letter of consent.
You cannot pick up a kit for someone who has not registered online.
The event will take place at Wesley Clover Parks located at 401 Corkstown Road in Ottawa, Ontario. Wesley Clover Parks is conveniently located in Ottawa’s west end, situated between Kanata and downtown Ottawa. The site can be accessed from the Queensway / 417 using either the Moodie Drive or March Road exit, just west of the junction of 416 and 417 highways.
We encourage you to consider carpooling, taking public transit, walking or biking to minimize our carbon footprint.
Vehicle Parking
Onsite parking is free and located at the east entrance (closest entrance to Moodie Drive).
Bike Parking
Designated bike racks are available. Please provide your own lock as this is an unsupervised area.
Public Transit
Eastbound and westbound OC Transpo stops are located within walking distance of Wesley Clover Parks (approximately 15 minutes) at the junctions of Highway 417 and Moodie Drive. To find a route please visit OC Transpo.
